Knee weakness

Okay, so this was the situation...My husband and I were talking in the kitchen (not really fighting, just expressing irritation) And I turned to walk out of the kitchen, down the hall and fired back some "scathing remark" and I got the usual facial cataplexy/head rush and also, my knees went weak. Fortunately, not so weak that I fell, but weak enough that I was acutely aware that I dodged another bullet. My husband of course being completely unaware of anything odd.

mild cataplexy incident

Just a little incident... I'm trying to do some documentation. To prove to ' who?' that its happening...that its getting worse...that its NOT getting worse...that this isn't normal...that I don't know...

6/23/08 1:00pm
Situation: At work, after attending a lunch meeting. Feeling generally alert, not tired.
Seeing my boss finishing a chat with Isabel from England.
As he and I walked down the hall, casual conversation:
ME(smiling, teasing): You just love her. (trigger facial cataplexy, more like a head-rush, on the brink of a "real" episode, I'm able to maintain composure and no change in walking pace.)
Boss: She's a such a cute little English woman. (unaware)
ME: yeah, its the accent. (keeping my words simple and controlled, to minimize the risk of it happening again.)
Boss: blah blah blah
